I'm don't know how it works but after looking back over a couple of old news articles, I'd suggest supply from the farmers is still likely well below potential demand.

I was looking back over the recent quarterly reports and investor presentations, and I think it's more likely the capital raise is for product promotion activities which will need to ramp up with product going on sale in March 2021 at both Woolworths and 7-Eleven. It's also likely some of the raise will go towards general working capital to see the company through as sales ramp up. The September 2020 Quarterly indicated there was enough cash for a further 3.72 quarters; so that would now be down to 2.72 quarters without factoring in additional product promotion activities. I guess it's better to raise a small amount now in case sales take a couple of quarters to build.
