Hi @Timber7 - SOL already indicated they would vote in favour of the takeover if it came to a vote so WES wouldn't have an issues there.

I know this isn't said very often but thank heavens for the directors - they were actually looking after the interests of general shareholders and rejected this offer.

I personally am happy for us to remain independent and hold unless WES offers to acquire API through issue of WES shares- if we have WES shares at least then we will continue to benefit from any gains WES makes after the acquisition (also at a higher price).
