SOL and WES are my two biggest holdings and I really enjoy following both of them so I feel I can give a little bit of my perspective on SOL and API. It's actually been pretty clear "reading between the lines" over the past 2 years that SOL weren't overly keen on API and were looking to get out of it. First they sold their holding down from 25 percent to 20 percent and then Robert Millner resigned as chairman of the board. Even in interviews when he's been asked about API he's clearly been less enthusiastic about it than the other companies in their portfolio and I watched one just the other day when he said "it's a very tough business". I don't think anything has changed in the past few months it's just that someone has finally approached them and offered to buy the stake. As a WES shareholder I think it's a good fit for them and a smart strategic move. It's a "win win" for both parties.
