My previous post mistook Wes' 10% stake as a bought stake rather than a WAM guarantee as I mentioned in the other thread. Nevertheless, seems silly if Wes' 3.15 is the one and only bid theyre willing to push for. Even running the math shows they could push up a little more. Incidentally, came across NASDAQ:EWCZ today whilst doing some rando screening; not exactly apples to apples but deals with aesthetics as well - trading at 15x EBITDA. These boys really get a premium on them.
