Trying again (another post lost in the void) it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to this. The tie-up with PETstock seems to get them closer to the Greencross model and further away from National Vet Care's but then they have always relied on sales of veterinary drugs and retail for a big part of their earnings. Opening up an emergency centre so soon after NVL sold theirs due to the relatively low margins and difficulty in retaining staff sounds odd. Let's hope to see the reasoning behind this. Chris Richards does not come over as the type to throw the company's money away.
