The Ihl management know a good deal when they see one after all they have continually proven themselves in the past. Not to mention as a group they hold 160 mill shares. So I'm not sure why you would be thinking anything different around the acquisition. I don't believe the share price reacted to the acquisition I believe we have been in a market where nobody wants to take risk hence the share price like all stocks in the sector fell away. cheers
