    I didn't even consider selling APO, and buying into OML. Seems like a good idea to me, but I'm no expert.

    As @CASPERBAK points out, there is some risk with the ACCC not clearing it. From what I read in the below article, it seems likely to me that ACCC will clear it -

    The merged company will still represent a small portion of the advertising market. With Google and Facebook being the big players...
