ok so he discusses premiums are rising. I don’t care about the bullion dealers premiums I want the paper price to rise because IVR ain’t going to do anything until it does. If they want a silver crunch to happen here is an idea reduce the dam premiums on the metal. It is highway robbery what premiums are being charged.
