I saw Kiyosaki live in ~1999 @ The Brisbane Convention Centre (Brisbane, QLD, Australia)......he was selling some serious merch, lol........I like him.....opened up my Serbian / Aussie stupid, young indoctrinated mind.......his Rich Dad Poor Dad book is perhaps a 1/2 all-time financial publication great?......though his latest YouTube vid is gay-af (5 Steps to Grow Your Business - Millennial Money - Alexandra Gonzalez, Kim Kiyosaki)........he's been kind of weird last couple of years - I don't think he gets the social media frequency.
PS, I was in the Brisbane CBD this last Fri (12-Aug-22) for a work lunch.....DEAD!!!!!!!.......the entire CDB is dead.....for real .....the COVID panic lockdown impact is real......I was thinking "all these commercial skyscraper's, where TF are all the people????" .....it was surreal......I could go back 10yrs and the CBD was x3 busier.
