Ah! But you reckon without our stupid Guvnuts. They are going to - most likely - increase immigration to 200K to deal with lack of workers and promote demand and a stronger economy.
So please do factor in that the Guvnuts will do whatever it takes - immigration required to be increased to 1m a year to keep the economy strong - so be it! Need "helicopter money" to keep everyone happy and spending like there is no tomorrow - hey - so be it!
And therein lies a major problem - we have NO idea what the Guvnuts will do so cannot take into account implications and effect on the economy, etc.
