so a $17-ish low and $36-ish 2023 high....hmmm, there's massive opportunity in both those numbers and in between....$36 POS could translate into ~$2300-$2500 POG....miners could go 2-3x, explorers 3-4x.....maybe, you'd think....that's what I'm here for.....im backing up the truck if IVR goes sub 4c again.
just read another mainstream whore media article on IR...3.25 Aussie cash rate predicted in 2023....that would translate to ~9-10% retail rate on a 2/3/4/5 yr fixed property loan, imo....that'll be horrific for the debt-junkie, equity-rich, property genuis sheeple.
