PPS, Property in the US entering the eye of the storm....good video today from Economic Ninja and Nobody special Finance......Rob Keens also did a nice vid today on cycles, RE and gold/silver exit strategies....he predicts an economic depression with good data to back it up and a multi-year RE property depression....I'm thinking 2022 will get gradually worse and 2023 will be mayhem, shock and denial....with 2024 when Anger sets in.....2025 onwards depression and detachment....pretty much what a relationship breakdown looks like.....you know what, I don't give AF tbh, we all know what's coming, it's baked in the cake.....stack, be happy, drink a little, work hard, save and invest.....all good
