I think you need to adjust a little first drop the east lode, the trench zone is shaping up as a deposit, let the other areas play out when they are ready.
Your depth is way off I went through all the holes, best case I could find is 150m with a decent strike, in general it ranges from 75m to 150m, I like averages, so around 115m, but it's still open.
Thickness you are light the main areas are up around 30m and the outer areas are hitting multiple lodes per hole, I would upgrade your 10m to 30m.
Density where did you get 3, industry standard is 2.5.
Grade good luck working that out 3 g/t I get the feeling is actually abit light, I think it might do a touch better, there are some nice sections in there.
I got 450koz @ 3 g/t, open at depth that's a very nice deposit considering the have multiple zones nearby to drill.
