Based on their current EV A$31.4m/US$23.6m (Mcap minus cash), that 20% is worth US$5.9m and they only paid US$500k!!. That's an accretive deal! Hold onto your hats as sometimes markets take a few days/weeks to wake up to how good these types of deals are.

Also owning 100% multiples the company's position for project finance. No complications with minorities/free carry's and other third party arrangements. Makes it much clearer for a financier/strategic to get the full value of the asset.

Good to hear that have drill rigs on site. The challenge is that 80km of strike is almost unheard of. I've been with projects that have 2km and that lead to tier one assets. 80km is elephant territory and a lot of drilling to be undertaken. Drilling = upside but also cost. Keen to see how the next few drill results pan out. If they continue to see high grade along strike at multiple targets, we're in the money here.

This is the juicy stuff in the last paragraph on test work. Good to see they are being proactive on this front and already making moves to better understand the projects characteristics and then therefore how to optimise it's potential and de-risk the project. Very keen to see how this turns out.
