In the meantime AON has to contend with a vicious appendix 3B. By vicious I mean it was placed by Pattersons, famous for inflicting maximum damage to exisiting shareholders whilst making maximum profits for themselves with deep discount issues.
There have been no change in substabtials so we know much of this 80 million shares at 1.5 cents will be sitting on patternsons books/high net worth clients (same thing), who are sitting on a tidy little profit.

So the only safe place to buy this stock is 1.5 cents....
