Not really sure that ,i understood the deal .
We do not pay out any cash up front But we pay in shares 20 options in 3 years at 05 c and the rest at 075c plus 2%royaltys ,when they start mining
That sound like a good deal for both party's ,they can only sell after 3 years the first lot and at the 5 year .
My only concern is where is the money coming to mine it ..
I do not hold much most got lost in the last consolidation .
