See below, CEO Long Term Incentive plan of the company I am currently following. At the time of issue of this announcement (Feb 2021) this company share price was $0.155 and his bonus is directly connected with share price upward movement which provides direct capital gain to shareholders the real owner of the company.

Now, let's look at what Cirrus announced for talented CEO at joining (See report issued on asx dated 30/08/2016) page no. 10. CNW price was 2.8c on 26th Aug 2016 same as what we had on 5th March 2021 .. lol.

You will notice that achieving EBIT has no target date so basically he can achieve in 100 years and still get it??? Also company was so generous that they started offered option with 5m... as lower to 5m they might have lost the smartest CEO on ASX ... !!! IMO

IMHO ... The question is did Cirrus ever achieved $2m and $4m EBIT ??? Much bigger question is if EBIT is not achieved since 2016 then who allowed CEO to remain in a job who don't achieve $2m EBIT milestone on $95m+ revenue during the tenure of 4 year ... ???

I have not checked if these all options were granted/exercised between 2016 to 2021 or cancelled but this is just a comparison ... and if majority shareholders don't wake up then it will be difficult to turnaround for company... IMO....!
