hahaha it took so much time to get back to me... and also selective to one point... !! don't punch yourself we all learn something from someone

the options and shares are free in same terminology you explained earlier... ! because exercise price is half of the market price so if they need to pay 1.7c to get 3c... then who in right mind says it is costing employee?.. IMO.

the only thing it is doing is diluting shareholder value.. and keeping 95m plus outstanding options on book to scare real investor... CNW is not a startup with new technology... Which can give options left right and centre to employees... ! IMO.
