We must Thanks JL for not taking RISK-FREE (100%) profit by exercising his full option rights of 354,000 @ 30c and sell on market for a guarantee profit, but he only exercised 166,666/354,000 options, the amount he wants to accumulate. This shows me that he is a man with integrity!!! We should all thank him for not exercising his rights and possibly jeopardize the share price, when we found out he sells his shares.
Unlike Mr Philip Vafiadis and Mr Richard Willson both exercised the full amount of options of 589,000 and 354,000 @ 30C, and immediately selling the majority of them on the market (568,750 and 334,000/354,000) for 60C per share. I don't think they are greedy, I would probably do the same!
I think we have found another company where the CEO/MD cares about its shareholders. Happy holder
