Been in the job 12 months and since then you have issued 3 billion shares in pre consolidation price and have failed to sign a J/V deal ... We have a world class asset and you can not get joint venture funding.... SP has crashed from 10 cents to a miserable .051 ... We call that a performance bonus....What a pity you are not paid on performance of SP.... Something not right there......A couple of non binding MOU`s in 12 months just shows how poor WKT are managed....While S/H`s continue to suffer dilution of investment and weakness in SP from .10 to .05 WKT continue to be rewarded ......
