What respectable company has a securities trading policy that allows a Non Executive Director to use his/her shares as security for a unrelated transaction. Good governance and best practice would require the Board of RNT to disclose under what circumstances if any, the lender could force the sale of Mr Woods securities despite the escrow and holding lock.
