The Negatives:

The positives:

• The 2.7m options/shares are in safe hands - JMB
• MJ converts 300,000 options @ $0.287 (approx $86k paid by JMB)
• Maybe MJ has $86k to put towards converting some options in the future
• RD also converted 3m options
• RNO received $1.722m prior to 31/12/21
• As a result the Cash Balance looked better in the quarterly
• The quarterly touches on money due from AR in March qtr
• That buys some time for more things to fall into place.
• They haven't touched the standby credit facility yet

I look forward to the day when there is less innovation such as this and more results that speak for themselves.
