Just a lazy $10m in related party transactions, how do we know those transactions are at market prices?
And how can you have an Independent Director that is also a related party, that says it all.
Would love to see the AFR do a write up on this, they can't just do the puff pieces in the good times and ignore the trash in the bad times!!
