OK, here's more guesses as to who it might be

We have a fairly recent MOU, February 16, 2024, with Applied Energetics but the closest that MOU gets to working together that I know of is the word "collaboration". They are across a number of fields, the following extracts are from the announcement;

Bearing in mind that at the time of the MOU;


Ganvix is another possibility from November 24, 2022, where "BLUGLASS PARTNERS WITH GANVIX TO DEVELOP GaN VCSELS". That one might have been bubbling away for a while, another maybe. That document also mentions collaboration so who knows.

The Gavix side of the information release seems to reveal more info on what was supposed to be happening at the time;

The most recent other partnership style announcement was with Griffith University back in August 31, 2017 around power electronics.

Or these potential "large revenue-generating contracts" could be about something completely different
