    So BluGlass makes MOCVD lasers on chip, RPCVD DFB lasers on chip and GAN wafers from both sources too.

    I think I'll stick with my initial comment, This bit seems to be new, whether or not it is connected to the production expertise that generated the recently sold IP no idea.
