I was also unsure about the nature of the IP. From my understanding, the IP is the gallium nitride growth on their specific wafers, not the growth technique itself. What I am unsure about is if there are changes to to the wafers for further development, will that require another purchase of the IP or does the agreement allow for modifications, perhaps covering alterations within the timeframe?
