The question is what price the Capital raise?
It's the only thing holding back the share price IMO!
Some updated technology advancements or reoccurring orders would possibly give the shares price a boost but with some many shares on issue together with long term frustrated shareholders it limits the upward price movement.
Anyway time will tell and we are certainly dealing with a different company from a few years ago!
