Its not an error. With the $4m govt grant the quarter only used $11k in cash and they sitting on $3m. In reality they have approx 2-3 quarters of normal operation. Although they expect orders in the coming quarter. That could be any amount. They also get a $5m tax rebate in Sept.
IMHO, at some point in the next 2 quarters they should raise. Hopefully at much higher SP for less dilution.
