I suspect the task of hastily posting this App 4C was posted to someone who perhaps wasn’t able to clearly articulate in terms of things like “Quarters of funding”, the significance of ongoing funding coming from CLAWS Hub.
However I do wish that they had taken the time to explain such things as I fear the market won’t react well to such an ambiguous document.
