If I was the ATO, I would be taking a careful look at the R&D return, as gearing up for foundry work is not eligible. The solar project that was the last best thing, seems to be an abyss of silence, but I'll wager that it is used to shuffle money for the R&D funding.

Now it seems we are going in the direction of power electronics! The goalposts have shifted again. I invested in the LED business. Power electronics is not a "clean" tech, no matter what spin they put on it.

Still waiting for the hand to be put out for more cash (and a further dilution of my remaining holding). They must be champing at the bit by now.

Agreed.
Quoting $20k as a legitimate business revenue is laughable. However, as Aftermarket pointed out, it is most likely an attempt to claim th R&D incentive.
The disappearence of the trumped solar business indicates failure. No news is bad news.
