Glad to see you are still in ... this hasn't been a short story 8)).
Bunya (from the weather thread), our correspondant in Kingaroy, nice to have you here and posting.
Given the Kingaroy region is at an elevation of about 500m and that the site is about 5km drive (?) from town on sealed roads and that all construction at the site finished a month or more ago and that the test site area has no doubt been topped with hardstand, a few days or even weeks of rain shouldn't lead to any delays.
After all the burning is 300m down and over the next 30 years it is sure to rain again lol.
Now, whether those techo Ergo guys and the tough Aussie Cougar guys baulk at manning instruments and "tough books" field laptops in the rain, I can't say. Perhaps Bunya could sell ponchos and umbrellas at the gate each morning.
Sigh, I am sure if I met a few of the Cougar staff at a pub one night in Kingaroy I could prise a bit of info from them. Bunya?
