The CEO received a $100k bonus for reaching KPIs - some milestone in the Vodaphone contract. What were the milestones? and shouldn't they wait to see if the contract brings profitability before paying out an additonal $100k. What is he paid his base salary for? Wouldn't negoitiating contracts be part of his job?
I am all for incentives but I think given the performance of the company this is a bit rich.
The company would have at least been profitable if he hadn't put his hand out for more money!
