Interpretation could be both ways, no one really knows. Yes I have been buying on the way down for a while and each time I’m averaging down, that’s my choice and it could backfire or it could be the best decision I’ve made. I believe the company is viable based on information that we all receive.
The share price has been going down and that’s indisputable, but if directors are buying I’ll take it as a positive indicator, smaller shareholders probably selling for numerous reasons. I’m one of the 90 share holders on the list now, but I’d like to point out that not just mgt but hundreds of stocks that I follow have been struggling due to global market conditions and share price falling.
Either way only time will tell but I believe mgt can’t be discounted at this point in time. Good luck to everyone with their risk to reward strategy because that’s all it is at the moment.
