FY17Q3 CFS is going to need to show they are winning some market share. They need 7.5% MktShare to B/E (cash basis) and I estimate they are have about 0.5% of paying market share in FY17H1. (Private Listings ~ 2600). So hopefully the $2.5m (annualized) marketing spend translates into thousands of paid agent listings. I think a cash income +$650k and Net OCF less than ($1m) will demonstrate that they are starting deliver.
