    Surely the Co must know by now if the matter has been or is listed in the April sittings of the court, which is about only 3 weeks away..............I hope they are on top of things this time round !!!!!!!!!!

    So what is the back up plan for now if the court case is lost.....or haven't they as yet planned for such a possible eventuality situation
