It seems prudent to wait until they advise what they are doing with the leasehold they have and how much Site is going to have to contribute to any enhancements there (there is not much money after they pay back loans and also just working capital needed in the training business).
I think you would need to wait 6-12 mths to see what the actual financial situation looks like (and there is every chance that the other holders of the leasehold will take more of any upside given what has occured to date)
