does the court normally give a date as to when they plan to make the decision
also anyone know what the potential penalties or repercussions from this is.......I mean mgmt seem to be fighting this quite strongly (albeit with patchy attention) and with limited cash (especially when you consider what it must be costing to take this to the high court)
