As soon as I saw UBS pop up again on the register I immediately thought the hidden clients within their nominee account were shorting on information not yet available to the rest of the market. I think it would be an interesting execerise to review F&B's annual report and who the hell continues to back them.

The fact that mediation is not even a consideration or a requirement and there is willful intent to delay is a very poor reflection on all of NZers and their legal system. So why bother incorporating is such a backward state as there appears to be no additional upside in terms of the legal process?
