Yep totally agree with trust factor. That is a competitive advantage Appen has built with the big boys for a while. In the data and AI age, quality data in is the most important factor for the effectiveness of the final product developed for mass market. Rubbish data in = rubbish out, Appen is known for its quality and that will give it leverage over cheaper alternatives. If any of the big tech cuts its ties with APX, that's when you will start to really question oh crap, have they gone to a competitor or found a much cheaper/productive way to do it in-house? Haven't heard anything to suggest that...
