not related. they are chips that learn by doing slow incremental learning taking years to reach apx rich data level.. impossible would be so much time wasted. on the other hand, APX 'teaches' dumb "machines" so to speak to become smart "machine" learning in very short period of time.. no time wasted . that's the gist of it and how I explain to mum and dad hope this helps
