This is chips in ML....not data for ML.
Even chips need data. APX being sold down due to the fact market doesn't trust it has future high growth rates. The company is still in its infancy and so is the industry - APX will be a different company by 2023 like it is not the same company as it was in 2018. It will evolve...but business is not involved in Algorithms. This is a customer.
