its not far off 50% on forward basis.
1st half was $46m, 2nd half likely to be $54 - thats 17% half to half.
lastly, yes of course EBITDA isn't NPAT, but last time I checked p/es are done off earnings, not NPAT, no?
EPS slow-down from latest acquisition likely to be temporary only - looks to be the last acquisition they wanted to have the technology and market moat they wanted.
Note some of the increased earnings looks to be from increased margins - very positive imho.
