I agree. Listening to her presentation had me switching off half way through.
I had a chatbox experience the other day. It was woeful and the company claimed that "I was being referred to someone with 25 years expertise". I probably shouldn't comment any further considering I couldn't get through the entire presentation.
There might be a future in this, but I see greater competition with each passing day. Lately, I've come to the realisation that there's a plethora of companies marketing their services and apps. From daily work duties, payroll, HR referee checks....you name it. There's just so many of them and it seems like they're all just cannabilsing each other.
A.I. will definitely continue to grow, but good luck picking a winner.
