APX will wait to see how much cash is sent to them for the SPP.
Then scale it back to the stated maximum $5M.
If for example $10M was sent, then every applicant would be scaled back 50%.
If some shareholders put in a smaller amount of cash they might be allocated a minimum allocation.
Your existing size of shareholding makes no difference.
That's my understanding.
Very high chance of a material scale back with this one.
