    'Expected underlying EPS accretion of at least 35% on a FY2017 pro forma basis', therefore a SP hike should have been expected.

    There are approximately 4,000 shareholders so I do not think we will get much in the SPP, maybe $1,500-$2,000 ? Most shareholders have probably made more than that in paper profits today.
