Hoping similar DB.

The guys have taken the option immediately of converting to shares as soon as the performance requirement was met on the avg price over 10 days.

Like to think that they know where it's heading shortly and nice to have additional 8m odd shares in the old sky rocket.

Although, think they could spread the love and give the SH's a few extras each out of the 8m for helping meet the performance level and keeping the SP up over the period.....lol
