If what @Davos007 says is correct, then whilst he has paid for the shares post selling his rights, it would indicate that it has cost him nothing. Also, it would appear based on revelations of reading the prospectus that the underwriter seems to have been able to protect themselves by receiving 20% of the overall cash raised. What I am also curious about is how much did they take up in the capital raising to push it into oversubscribed territory.

It seems that there might be an ongoing benefit for both management & also the underwriter to keep this thing ticking along and may never produce any reward for shareholders unless they continue to trade it.

What an impressive web appears to have been weaved by this company.

Monitoring the trading last week, there was only a small amount of money being spent to push it up, and in the closing on Friday there was very little spent on the shares in the closing auction to push it into 1.2 cents, of which could be sold at 1.1 cents and cost the buyer very little to manipulate the share price in that way. But today it looks like there are too many shares moving into 1.1 cents to be able to counter that flow.

From a financial forensics point of view, this is a stock worth watching from multiple angles.
