Mark Rodda and Cynthia Thomas do not hold any shares in their own right using there own cash , why are they eligible for bonus shares if the company has not progressed . What are the benefits derived by these 2 directors worthy of benefits to those regarding the progress of LPD. I have heaps of shares purchased with my earnings , however I am well and truely in the red financially.
