my bad technically Lepidico have developed Commercial use of the technology and ownership of the technology was transferred in exchange for shares from Li technology Pty Ltd 25% and Strategic Metallurgy 75% cross ownership in Lepidico would make a hostile takeover extremely difficult but I guess anything is possible however unlikely. Researching this showed a few interesting sites that LPD have already been involved in assessing with a view to production within its target of Lepidolite LPD has quite a range of sites for future development already targeted however we have to get this site going first, so my bad I hadnt updatyed the info LPD developed but are not the original creators of this tech and now they are all in bed together a very talented group singularly and collectively with a wealth of experience and proven track record in the world of mining and processing tech
