Especially good to see Ms Allen purchasing a substantial additional number of SDF shares on-market as she's only been a Director for one year.
Financial situations of Directors across the corporate spectrum vary, but it's annoying and suboptimal for retail holders when Directors are on Boards for three or more years but have yet to acquire a holding equivalent at the minimum to one year's fees.
Some have suggested to me that Directors ought only be remunerated in shares. That compulsion has yet to be mandated (and may never be).
